How It Works

1. Initiate a Request: As long as you have the email address of your payee, you can initiate a payment information request. Log in to your Loop dashboard, navigate to Send Payments > Add Payee and enter the email address of the payee.

2. Automated Email Request: An email request will be sent to your payee, containing a custom link for them to provide their banking details.

3. Dashboard Update: Once your payee provides their payment information using the link, the payee status will be automatically updated on your dashboard.

4. Manual Entry Option: In case you receive the payment information through other means after the request is sent, you may still manually enter the payment details yourself.
