We’re sorry you cannot currently access you Equifax Consumer Score (ERS 2.0), this often occurs for the following reasons:
  • You’ve never been listed on a credit account.
  • You’ve only recently applied for credit.
  • You were only recently added to a credit account

  • You’ve never been listed on a business credit account.
  • You’ve only recently applied for business credit.
  • You were only recently added to a business credit account
The data available via our historical credit data section begins on the day you sign up and is refreshed quarterly. During the first 3 months of utilizing the Loop platform we have not built up enough information on your credit file to display accurate historical credit trends. If you continue to face issues after 3 months please reach out to us at hello@getloop.ca.
There are different credit score models available today. For example, there are industry-specific scores, scores primarily used for education purposes, as well, scores models that may be based on specific lending criteria. The score provided by Loop is intended for educational purposes but is also commonly used, in combination with other information, to assess your eligibility for credit products and services.
With Loop all of your data is stored with leading software providers so that you can rest assured that all your personal information is properly handled, just like it would be at any financial institution. On occasion we may suggest offers for ancillary services provided by 3rd parties. In this case we will never share your information unless you give us the explicit permission to do so. Loop is committed to protecting your information using the highest standards of security available. Our 256-bit SSL certificate encrypts all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. A secure connection via SSL is what we use to keep your account information safe, as it is in transit. Finally, Loop backs up all data on a frequent basis to ensure that no data is ever lost.

To reset your password, you can visit the forgot password page here. Simply enter your email and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset the password.
Login to Loop and visit your dashboard. From the dashboard click the Account Settings button and select the Update Password link. To change your password you will need to correctly enter your current password and then enter your new password.
